Yale 85 Deadlocking Night Latch With Brass Cylinder

This Yale 85 night latch has a dark metallic grey case and strikeplate with brass cylinder and will provide a standard level of security for both exterior and interior doors. The Yale 85 has a 40mm backset and features a security lock with manual deadlocking function operated by a reverse turn of the key in the outside cylinder. The Yale 85 also features a snib function that can deadlock or hold back the latch-bolt so rendering the lock inoperable by key or handle.

The Yale 85 nightlatch features an easily reversible latchbolt, and reverse strike plates are available to suit outward opening doors. The Yale-85 nightlatch should be used in conjunction with a British Standard lock when securing an external door. The case is 62mm long by 70mm wide, the keep is 26mm by 70mm.

This Yale 85 door lock is supplied with a dark grey metallic case and strike-plate, brass 5 pin 1109 cylinder, polished brass cylinder bezel, 2 keys, fittings and screws.
