The standard delivery charges applied during the checkout process apply to non remote UK mainland addresses only. Deliveries to some remote rural areas and overseas my incur a delivery surcharge..

Delivery surcharges are dependant on the size, weight and destination of your order. Surcharges are calculated and manually applied either before or after you complete the transaction. To have the surcharge applied before you pay for your order please contact us before you make payment. Alternatively, place the order as usual and pay the standard delivery charge, we will then contact you with the delivery surcharge and payment options.

Standard delivery charges generally start from as little as £4.99. Sinks and small appliance deliveries start from £10.00. Most door, window and worktop deliveries will incur a £35.00-£40.00 delivery charge.

Delivery Time-Scales and Other Order Information

Unless otherwise stated all items listed are available for UK delivery usually within 48 - 72 hours, deliveries to non UK destinations will take longer, please contact us for advice. All products will have the lead time specified in the product specifications. Some specialist items, such as made to measure windows and non standard laminate products, are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

All deliveries take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. The time of delivery cannot be specified in advance because this will depend on circumstances beyond our control such as traffic and road works. For large items, other than small postables or tracked deliveries, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost, please contact us for more details.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.

Please ensure that you have provided a telephone number or numbers where you can be contacted during working hours so that we can make any necessary arrangements with you. A message box is provided at the bottom of the order page for you to give any additional contact information or special instructions relating to your order.

Multiple Item Orders - Depending on the complexity of your order, products may be supplied from more than one location and therefore may be delivered at different times/days. We will contact you to advise of such deliveries.

Important Delivery Information

For worktops and other large consignments, including palletised goods, we operate a kerbside delivery service using a 30ft lorry. Please ensure that you can meet the criteria below to prevent any failed deliveries. Any non deliveries will incur a failed delivery charge.:

Goods that require a signature must be checked for damage and shortages prior to signing, any damage or shortages must be recorded on the carrier's delivery docket and reported to us whilst the driver is still with you. All drivers will wait for you to check the goods. We regret that we will not be able to accept any claims for damage or shortages if the goods have been signed for.

Help Us to Help You

If you have arranged for your goods to be installed by a contractor, you must check your order is complete, correct and undamaged before the contractor commences work. You are advised not to book your contractor until you have received your order as we cannot beheld responsible for delays outside our control.

Please ensure that all fitting instructions are passed onto your contractor. Goods not fitted, installed or treated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions will not be covered under warranty. If fitting instructions are missing, or you require clarification, you must contact us prior to any work being carried out.
