Panels now fitted. Did not realise that they were of a "composite" material
and did not require edging. Very pleased with the look and quality of

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for such prompt delivery of our worktops. You managed to organise delivery, at short notice, to avoid T in the Park and the worktops are beautiful.
Beacuse of your help, we have managed to fit the majority of our kitchen ourselves this week and we would, and have, recommended you to several tradespeople and friends. Your customer service was excellent and you kept us informed of the delivery at all stages and were very helpful.
Having worked in customer services for 20 years, I like to praise where praise is due, as so often people say nothing or just complain. I would use your company again...and if we make a mess of the fitting of the worktop...we might have to!

I must write to say how impressed I was at the service provided recently. When I discovered that my worktop had been delivered incorrectly I thought that I would be told "Too late you should have checked when it was delivered!"
I was very pleased when that was not the case and I am grateful for being kept in the picture about the delivery of the replacement.
