6" Inch Polished Nickel Quadrant Fanlight Window Stay

This premium UK quality quadrant window stay from the Heritage collection in a superior polished nickel finish that compliments polished nickel door furniture. This traditional casement fanlight window restrictor is generally fitted to top or bottom hung windows. It operates in a similar way to casement stays, the pivoted mounting bracket is fitted to the opening sash with the screw locking mechanism fitted to the window frame, the thumb turn locks the fan light in the desired open or closed position.

This quadrant fanlight stay is 146mm in length from end plate to end plate with a 120mm throw. The sash mounting plate is 51mm long by 15mm wide with 38mm screw centres. The frame mounted plate is 46mm long by 18mm wide with 33mm screw centres, the thumb turn has a height of 35mm. This window stay is supplied in single units with colour matched slotted screws for an authentic traditional look.

PRO TIP:
• Select your desired mounting position as the closer its fitted to the hinges the wider the opening aperture will be. Use the additional hardened steel screw to ensure the pilot holes are the correct size to prevent rounding off the fixing screw heads (especially important in aged timber, oak, and other hardwood doors).
