3m long 50mm Bristle Industrial Brush Strip Draught Excluder In White

This 3m long brush strip draft excluder features 50mm bristles mounted in a white powder coated heavy duty aluminium track, providing a 48mm brush projection from the bottom of the 30mm high carrier. This industrial brush strip draught excluder is ideal for all doors in commercial and industrial applications, it will help prevent draughts, reduce the transmission of sound, and prevent leaves and other debris from entering the building.

This 3 meter brush strip draft excluder can be cut to size as required and installed on all doors up to 3 meters wide. The draft excluder is easy to install using only a screwdriver, drill and hacksaw for cutting to size.

Aluminium brush strip installation instructions:
• Measure the width of the door in the closed position.
• Disassemble the two components of the brush strip by sliding out the bristle holder.
• Cut the aluminium carrier with a hacksaw, and file the end smooth. Cut the bristle holder with side cutting pliers to ensure the bristles are retained in the holder.
• Give a slight bend to to retain the bristle holder once refitted into the aluminium carrier.
• Screw the carrier to the door, and allow sufficient slack to adjust so the bristles firmly stroke the floor covering.
• Once you are satisfied the brush strip is in the correct position, tighten the screws.
