12" Inch Lacquered Brushed Antique Brass Casement Window Stay

This premium UK quality ball end casement window stay from the Heritage collection in a superior lacquered brushed satin nickel finish that provides a warm silver finish when compared to standard satin chrome. This casement stay is a non rattle type due to the tapered peg pins that also secure the casement stay when in the closed position.

The casement stay has an overall length of 330mm (from the tip to the end of the mounting plate) by 17mm wide by 19mm thick, the mounting plate is 48mm long by 16mm wide the screw centres are 32mm. The two pegs allow for a wide range of opening positions and are mounted on a pintie plate (base plate of the peg pins) that measures 40mm x 16mm. This casement stay is supplied with slotted screws for a traditional authentic look.

This satin nickel casement stay is a suitable replacement for older style windows such as; John Carr, Jeld-Wen, and Premdor, that feature a flat non-moulded frame (moulded frames will need to be mortised, packed out, or chiselled to accommodate the stay pin neatly and in the correct position).
