This metal corner join trim from Design Hardware features an anodised aluminium satin silver finish that coordinates with many kitchens. This corner trim reduces time and simplifies installation and covers the gap where a postformed worktop or breakfast bar meets the end of an perpendicular worktop or breakfast bar, or any other corner configuration.

corner trims are aluminium profiles 20mm wide that feature a profile matched curved designed to sit on the postformed edge of a worktop or breakfast bar and a 5mm lip to cover the end of the adjacent worksurface in a corner layout arrangement, they will cover any chipped edges within 5mm of the worktop or breakfast bar cut end. Each end of the trims are also profile matched to the work surface so they will fit either a left, or right hand installation, to accommodate worktop installations the appropriate end may need to be cut down with a hacksaw to the desired length.

This corner joint will suit 38mm - 40mm thick worktops and 665mm breakfast bars that feature a flat face with a 3mm radius to the top and bottom long edge profiles. Install using silicone to seal any raw work-surface edges to prevent water ingress, and secure the trim in place with countersunk wood screws at the hidden fixing locations. This corner cover trim will suit worktops up to 650mm deep, and 665mm wide breakfast bars.
