Yale 85 High Security Brass Nightlatch

This Yale 85 nightlatch has a gold brasslux metallic case and keep with a polished brass cylinder and will provide a high level of security for both exterior and interior doors. The Yale 85 has a 40mm backset and features a security lock with a manual deadlocking operated by a reverse turn of the key in the outside cylinder. The Yale 85 also features a snib function that can deadlock or hold back the latch-bolt so rendering the lock inoperable by key or handle.

The Yale 85 nightlatch features an easily reversible latchbolt, and reverse strike plates are available to suit outward opening doors. The Yale-85 nightlatch should be used with a mortice deadlock when securing an external door.

This Yale-85 nightlatch is supplied with a golden metallic case and strike-plate, brass 1109 rim cylinder lock, 2 x keys, fittings and screws.
