R100 Hydraulic Concealed Door Closer Polished Brass

This Perko Powermatic R100 concealed door closer neatly fits in the edge or the door for an unobtrusive and uncluttered installation. This is the flagship of concealed door closers, DDA compliant, Certifire approved, CE & UKCA marked, certified to BS-EN1154 power size 3, and BS EN 1634-1 approved for use on FD30 & FD60 fire doors tested to BS 476.

The power size 3 is suitable for doors up to 80kg in weight, and up to 950mm in width. It also features adjustable closing speed with power latching action, and can be used with electronically powered hold-open devices.

The universal fitting allows for left or right hand installation. The Perko Powermatic R100 has been endurance tested to 500,000 cycles, delivering outstanding performance and reliability, it is an ideal choice for housing, hospitality, commercial and public building applications.
