Privacy Door Handle Thumb Turn & Release Satin Nickel

This is a replacement thumb turn and release for privacy door handles finished in a lacquered brushed satin nickel finish. A grub screw secure the thumb turn to the 5mm square spindle, that is suitable for all door thickness's and may require cutting down to suit thinner doors.

This replacement turn and release features a thumb turn with a moulded pin that sits in the handle back plate and only allows a quarter turn of the thumb turn, the moulded cam lock engages with the cam on the back handle shaft that prevent the handle being operated when engaged. The emergency release disc feature a coin slot to provide the override function.

This replacement door handle thumb turn will work with Bertelli door handles and most other makes including Frelan, Heritage Brass, Carlisle Brass, M-Marcus, and the Jedo Collection. This replacement thumb turn will not work with bathroom door handles that operate a bathroom lock.
