45mm Backset Brushed Stainless Steel Tubular Bathroom Deadbolt

This premium UK quality bathroom deadbolt from the Architectural hardware collection in a superior brushed satin stainless steel finish will compliment other stainless steel and satin chrome door furniture. This tubular deadbolt has a 45mm backset (distance from faceplate to spindle centre) and is suitable for 5mm spindles.

This bathroom lock case is 65mm long by 24mm high by 17mm wide case that requires a 1" inch (25.5mm) diameter mortice. The satin stainless steel face plate and keep are 25mm x 61mm with 46mm screw centres. A dust box is supplied for a neat finish behind the keep.

This tubular bathroom deadbolt is suitable for bolt-through door furniture, it has a positive sprung loaded click function when fully open and closed for an enhanced smooth positive operation. It is supplied in single units complete with face-plate, keep, dust-box, & screws fixings.

PRO TIP:
• Install with the spring loaded click assembly to the bottom of the lock to prevent debris fouling the lock mechanism and to extend its working life.
• Use a spare hardened steel screw to ensure the drilled pilot holes will accept the screws with out deforming the heads (especially important in aged timber, oak, and other hardwood's).
• When fitting to timber doors, make sure any bare wood exposed by cutting or machining is properly sealed with high quality solvent based paint or wood-stain to prevent any moisture ingress that may invalidate the door warranty.
