Plywood 16G Clear Glazed Flush Fire Doors

This range of internal 16G clear glass FD30 flush doors are paint grade plywood faced 30-minute fire doors, with a popular clear glazed DDA compliant window configuration with raised fire-rated 'hockey stick' beading to both sides of the door. These glazed doors provide natural light and meet the minimum requirement for vision panels. A cost-effective choice for offices and commercial applications.

Clear Glazed 16G Fire Doors

Manufactured from premium quality Meranti faced plywood, with a tube-board core, and hardwood lippings that provide a maximum trim of 4mm per side, and 6mm on the bottom edge. The two glazing apertures featuring 30-minute fire-rated clear Pyro glass. The top glazed aperture measures 150mm x 775mm, the bottom glazed aperture measures 150mm x 700mm (sizes are approximate).

FD30 16G Plywood Flush Doors

Plywood 16G flush doors are paint grade fire doors, providing you the freedom to finish in your chosen colour scheme. We supply these doors pre-glazed off-the-shelf and will provide up to 30 minutes of fire resistance when installed in accordance with the certificate supplied with the door. In addition to the requirements of 'Part M' for visibility, these doors also meet the requirement of 'Part E' providing a nominal 31dB reduction of transmitted sounds.

This range of 16G fire rated doors are available in a wide range of imperial from 2'6" (762mm) to 2'9" (838mm), and metric sizes from 726 to 926mm, including three 'Part M' DDA compliant mobility size doors.
