This range of premium quality 40mm solid wood Ash block worktops and breakfast bars are manufactured from PEFC Certified European Ash timbers. Ash is a medium weight timber, when freshly cut has a creamy white to pale brown colour, turning to a slightly brownish-white after seasoning. Irregular dark brown heartwood contrasts with the lighter shades and enhances the natural beauty of this wood making it a top contender for kitchen worksurfaces.
These 40mm thick Brown Ash worktops and breakfast bars feature random length 40mm wide staves, they are supplied unfinished and will require on-site finishing and oiling prior to use, and once oiled your Ash work surfaces will delightfully reflect the light. We always recommend the tops are re-oiled on a regular basis to nourish the wood and maintain the finish.
