This range of trimmable interior oak doors are reminiscent of the 1930s DX-Pattern doors, only with a modern Shaker inspired twist, of square cut stiles and rails with flat panels. This simplistic door design is ideal for Trim period properties, and contemporary interiors in Trim due to the classic Art-Deco design.

Cambridge oak doors feature the finest quality crown cut American white oak timber veneers, and the 18mm solid oak lippings allow up to 16mm to be trimmed from each edge; ideal for your slightly non-standard door frames, and rebating for French doors or casement pairs. The wide scope of 10 off-the-shelf sizes also means there is a Cambridge 1930s oak door for almost any location in your home. Bespoke made-to-measure and glazed doors are also an option in the Cambridge 1930s range.

Oak Cambridge doors are supplied unfinished ready for your choice of solvent based wood-stains. Our recommendation is the clear Osmo door oil treatment, choose the 'raw' finish for a matt open grain look, or the 'clear' for a satin open grain effect. Either one will provide a natural looking finish that will show the real beauty of the natural oak and provide a soft tactile touch.
