2XG Pattern is the timeless traditional door design that admits an abundance of natural light. 2XG is an acronym for '2 x panel 1 glass'. Hemlock timber features a straight grain, clear of knots, easy to work, and contributes to a high quality finish. Hemlock 2XG doors are cost-effective choice and will brighten your interior with plenty of natural light. These exterior doors feature a flat bottom panel with traditional Ovolo beading, and the one-light design works with all property types.

2XG Hemlock Doors

We manufacture this range of 2XG doors from premium quality hemlock softwood with engineered timber components for performance and stability. The sturdy glued and dowelled stub-mortise & tenon construction provides maximum trim-ability, and are ideal for a solvent-based paint system finish in your choice of colour, or why not show off the natural grain appearance with the solvent-based Sikkens Cetol high-build wood stain. Whichever way you choose to finish your 2XG doors, please ensure the doors are fully finished prior to installation and refer to our Door Handling & Finishing Guidelines.

Hemlock 2XG Doors

Hemlock 2XG doors are available unglazed with a fast delivery for those in a hurry, or pre-glazed in our factory in your choice of clear or obscure textured toughened safety glass, but please allow a minimum of 4–6 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Bespoke decorative glazing is also a possibility in the hemlock 2XG door range, please contact us for details.

Hemlock 1-Light Doors

Function, kerb appeal, and your budget are all taken care of with the range of hemlock 1-light doors, in a range of sizes from 30 x 78 inches (762 x 1981mm) to 33 x 78 inches (838 x 1981mm) suitable for the majority of standard door frames. Hemlock 1-light doors provide an abundance of natural light, and the double glazing prevents condensation and improved thermal performance when installed with our range of draught excluders. And the ten-year door warranty provides peace of mind.
