This range of premium quality 40mm solid wood block worktops and breakfast bars are manufactured from the finest European Walnut timbers. Walnut is considered tough and durable and an extremely good timber for worksurfaces. The colouring varies quite considerable from a light straw colour through greyish-browns to darker reddish-brown and the wavy grain further adds to appeal.
These 40mm thick Walnut worktops & breakfast bars feature random length 40mm wide staves, they are supplied unfinished and will require on-site finishing and oiling prior to use, we always recommend the tops are re-oiled on a regular basis to nourish the wood, maintain the water resistance, natural antibacterial properties, and further develop the rich mellowing tones.
