Prima upstands are a range of laminated surfaces for kitchen and bathrooms manufactured from 18mm core-boards available in 3m lengths and are 100mm high by 20mm thick. You can think of upstands as skirting for worktops, as they neatly trim around the worktop perimeter and further extend your hygienic and easy to keep clean surfaces, and are ideal for covering expansion gaps and voids between a worktop and a wall.
